The Program will provide an overview of expectations of associates at their law firms. Often, firms do not adequately articulate their expectations and how to meet them. The program will discuss how associates should treat senior associates and partners as their clients, offering them the same service the firm’s clients expect. It will also address how an associate can become a problem solver, be proactive, think creatively, offer solutions and become an asset to the partners and to the firm. It will also address necessary skills, like communication, writing and business development and will help associates who make mid career transitions.
