Laura A. Foggan is a partner in Crowell & Moring's Washington, D.C. office, where she is a member of the firm's Insurance/Reinsurance Group. Laura represents clients in a variety of litigation and counseling matters, including: Counseling insurers and reinsurers on strategic opportunities, litigation trends, and emerging risks such as autonomous vehicles and drones, privacy and cyberliability, global warming (climate change), internet-of-things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and utilization of blockchain or distributed-ledger technology.




Marvin P. Lavelle

Martin P. Lavelle is Managing Counsel - Major Case of Travelers Insurance Co., Claim Legal Liability Group, and leads a team of attorneys charged with providing coverage advice, litigation management and other legal services to Travelers liability claim professionals. Marty was previously employed by AIG as the Supervising Attorney of the coverage practice group of Green & Lavelle, a captive firm, and as in-house coverage counsel for CNA. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and holds the Associate in Reinsurance designation.
