John Cattie, Jr.John V. Cattie, Jr. John V. Cattie, Jr. is the founding member of Cattie, P.L.L.C., a law firm dedicated to helping clients minimize/extinguish MSP reimbursement obligations. He is chair of the DRI MSP Task Force, leading DRI’s efforts to provide MSP compliance updates and education to its members. He also served as managing editor for the most recent edition of DRI’s Defense Practitioner’s Guide to Medicare Secondary Payer Issues. He received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina and his JD/MBA from Villanova University.




Rafael GonzalezRafael Gonzalez Rafael Gonzalez is president of Flagship Services Group, where he is responsible for all aspects of Medicare and Medicaid compliance issues, including mandatory insurer reporting, conditional payment resolution, Medicare set aside allocations, approval, and administration. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. from the Florida State University.





Amy Bilton

Amy Bilton Amy Bilton, JD, MSCC, CMSP, is a shareholder at Nyhan, Bambrick, Kinzie & Lowry, P.C., who mainly practices and nationally lectures in the areas of Medicare Secondary Payer compliance and workers’ compensation litigation. Ms. Bilton is a board member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals. Ms. Bilton received her B.A. from the University of Michigan and J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
