Changes in legal profession, coupled with advancing technology requiring constant connectivity, are leading to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and suicide among lawyers. It has never been more important for lawyers to cultivate the skills necessary to proactively and effectively manage work issues while navigating the integration of their personal and professional lives.
