This seminar will explore how voice, body language and elements of “acting” can be effective tools in persuasively telling your client’s story in the courtroom. The various elements of voice such as pitch, inflection, emphasis, and volume will be examined. The use of body language and the messages it communicates will be considered. Lastly, a discussion will be held on how to effectively incorporate the many elements of acting while in and out of the courtroom.
