Description
The California Bar has promulgated a comprehensive revision of its Rules of Professional Conduct – the first of its kind in 29 years. This program will cover the most critical changes and additions to the rules, from conflicts of interest to the duty to supervise and fee issues. The program will also cover how the rules are aligned with and deviate from the ABA Model Rules. Finally the panelists will explain practical aspects of the new rules, and how they may affect the practice of law in California.
